Witryna6 maj 2024 · Also this file is local, perhaps the others have a cloud icon, meaning they're online-only. You'll need to right-click the files or folder and choose Smart Sync > Local. For files with the green tick, it's possible that Windows needs to open the file first, or index the folder, in order for the thumbnail to appear.

Witryna28 gru 2024 · Worked perfectly on 19.3 now I don't get thumbnails on samba shares in nemo on my server. I installed ffmpegthumbs and cleared thumbnail caches. I copy a video to my local HDD and the video thumbnails work fine. So it's only related to smb files. Deleted everything in ~/.cache/thumbnails. Rebooted.
