I was given Rimguard's business card from the BMW dealer in Raleigh & just had to write about the excellent service. I dealt with Bobby and the service was very fast, courteous, honest & polite. Hello,

I recently drove through a large pothole and severely bent two steel wheels on my Chevrolet. As a returning customer I knew that Rim Guard would be able to repair my wheels better than any other service shop. Peter really went out of his way to make fixing my wheels a top priority when it was obvious that he was very busy. He did a great job on my repairs and charged a price lower than any competition. These guys do great work!

I recently damaged my tire and rim driving in a pothole. I called rim guard after being given their # from a tire store and Toyota. They were highly recommended. I dealt with Bobby and Peter and they were both very professional and just really nice guys. Bobby worked on my rim for 2 hours and even missed a very important appointment to finish my car. Peter also helped out and then stayed with me while I waited for the tow truck. I definitely had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We were told that Rim Guard performed miracles and they were the best in the area. I never in a million years would have guessed they could repair the rim on our vehicle without knowing it had been repaired. I spoke to Ashley the owner who referred me to Aaron who was one of his technicians. Aaron was a great guy from start to finish. He worked with us on setting up the appointment, kept us updated throughout the day, and had the vehicle ready when he told us. When we picked the vehicle up - we thought they put a new wheel on the car.. I walked around the vehicle trying to figure out where the rim was that had the terrible scratch.

I would recommend Rim Guard to anybody as Ashley runs a 1st class organization that operates with Integrity, Honesty, and Customer Service.

I was told by my service shop that I would need 3 new rims for my BMW which would cost me more than $1000, probably more!! That was when I was introduced to Rim Guard by a co-worker. Rim Guard repaired my existing rims, much to the surprise of the service technicians in our shop who were certain it wouldn't fix the problem entirely. I have no shake or shimmy in the steering wheel and the cost was a fraction of what new rims would have cost me. The work and service provided by Rim Guard is top notch. As a Porsche dealer the clients expect the best, and Rim Guard provides that with their quality. Most all of our rims that are either bent or have curb damage can be taken care of at 1/2 the price of a new one. The service field techs work very well with the dealer and are always willing to step up and take care of what ever is needed. Depending situations, very little to no down time causing a customer to be put out or inconvenienced. If I have a rim bent or curbed up, I know who I'm calling! Thanks for all you guys do.
